and fill in the information. Save the completed application as a Word Document.
2. Please email your adoption counselor (adoption counselor email addresses can be found in the dog bios) your completed application.

Requested Adoption Donation (Tax Deductible):
- Adult dog: $250
- Puppies: $250
- Bonded Pair: $250
Special needs dogs and senior dogs may have a reduced suggested donation. This is evaluated on a case by case basis and if applicable will be noted in the dog's description.
